Siege Cannon Card Guide

The Ottoman empire "brings down walls with cannon", and the Siege Cannon is the war machine that delivers on that sentence. It is the aggressive empire's direct answer to fortification: where other forces chip at defenses, cannon answers walls outright. Cannon exists to keep Byzantine-style wall decks honest. If the metagame at release skews defensive, siege tools become premium; if it skews fast and open, they are dead weight in hand. The cannon completes the official Ottoman triangle of "promotion, conscription and siege". Promotion is the value engine, conscription is the disruption, and cannon is the finisher that converts a board advantage into a broken fortress.
